Looking for seasoned professional contributor in Supply Chain Management. May manage small projects for supply chain management. Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on Supply Chain strategies and operational goals. Responsible for making moderate improvements to supply chain management processes and systems. Works to influence other functions/vendors to support Supply Chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Set production/assembly priorities and ensure adherence with Master Production Schedule Facilitate outbound end of month shipments with customer service and logistics teams
Support business unit and corporate SIOP processes
Serve as liaison between Sales leadership teams and downstream functions such as planning and manufacturing teams
Supports other functions with demand planning analytical support (Ops, Finance, Sourcing, Logistics, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels
Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions
Participate in S&OP meetings to align sales, production, and inventory plans
Provide insights on demand fluctuations, supply constraints, and potential risks.
Help create a balanced plan that meets customer demand while optimizing resources.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance
5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Materials Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Driven employee with desire to grow in their career
Experience with ERP/MRP software, SAP preferred
