根据客户的订单及Forecast评估及预测产能状况 根据工厂产能,人力及物料状况给出合理MPS建议. ERP系统参数定期的维护. 根据MPS,合理制定周/日组装生产计划已满足销售目标及OTD跟踪. 负责协调、沟通解决生产计划执行和满足客户需求过程中遇到的问题 负责WIP的控制以满足公司库存要求. 工程变更的执行,协调以及跟踪 新产品的试产安排,物料跟踪及相关事务协调确保fast delivery. EOL产品的定期状态跟踪. 分析和总结影响OTD达成率的原因.
