We are looking for Product Compliance Engineer to join the Carrier team.

The major task in the role is to maintain the product portfolio in compliance with applicable regulations, according to both products & regulations changes & development.

The main responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of regulations and continuous monitoring of changes in regulations applicable to portable fire extinguishers and residential fire alarms.

• Knowledge and interpretation of standards and technical specifications applicable to portable fire extinguishers and residential fire alarms.

• Assessment of the impact of product changes on their compliance and requesting a change if non-compliance is detected.

• Preparing requirements for new products in terms of compliance with applicable regulations, standards and technical specifications.

• Cooperation with testing laboratories and certification bodies in the approval of product changes, certification of new products and audits.

• Technical product knowledge to collaborate with Product, Design and Manufacturing teams on requirements and maintaining compliance with regulations/standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Very good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with various teams.

• Basic knowledge of Regulations and Standards regarding CE marking.

• Ability to analyze multidimensional and complex problems while maintaining an appropriate level of detail.

• Good technical knowledge in engineering disciplines (mechanics, chemistry, electrical).

• Basic knowledge of the product certification process.

• Fluent in English.
