Role Responsibilities:
Work with the Residential HVAC Controls team to strengthen capabilities in product development focused on Embedded Controls design and development
Drive strategic initiatives including but not limited to New Product Development, systems engineering, innovation.
Develop and mentor the team to develop system level product development for HVAC-R products.
As program manager, manage and deliver multiple new product development or sustaining programs (or sub-programs) meeting all key KPI.
Work closely with global cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives across CoEs and business units.
Flexible to travel between locations for business needs- Expected travel-25% of time.
Facilitate end to end product development.

Minimum Requirements:
Strong Business Ethics, Excellent communication, Strategic Leadership, Customer Orientation, Focus on Results, Agility, Analytical Abilities, Innovation, Business Judgment, Forward Thinking, Listening and Teamwork. Embedded development, Linux, RTOS experience
Experience with Six Sigma or equivalent, PMP certification, process and tools
Successfully lead a large portfolio of projects
Experience in executing passport /stage gate based development process
Experience with HVAC-R Industry
