About this role
As the Plant Manager at Automated Logic Corporation's (ALC) facility in Kennesaw, GA , you will oversee all manufacturing operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of our industry-leading building management solutions while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in manufacturing management.
The Plant Manager will work onsite at the ALC facility in Kennesaw .

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the manufacturing team; foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Oversee manufacturing operations, i.e., production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and maintenance
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance of manufacturing operations; analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components; maintain relationships to support the needs of the manufacturing process
Develop and manage the manufacturing budget with the operations finance team; monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings
Work closely with other departments, i.e., engineering, sales, finance, and business unit leadership to ensure alignment of manufacturing activities with overall business objectives
Drive a culture of change and continuous improvement by applying lean concepts and tools
Plan capacity and investments in equipment and people to support business growth
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience in manufacturing
2+ years of experience in leadership/people management
1+ years of experience in motivating inspire teams to achieve goals or KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business
Electronics or building automation industry experience
Negotiating skills with major supply agreements
Leading cross-functional and multi-organizational teams
Understanding of the building of effective supplier and logistics networks
Business acumen and financial skills i.e., budget management and financial analysis
Process improvement methodologies i.e., Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing operations environment
