Requirements

  • University degree (ideally related to financial field)

  • 3-5 years relevant experience (accounting, audit, finance)

  • Fluent English and French required, Czech as a big advantage

  • Good knowledge of Excel and (any) ERP experience is a must (SAP, PowerBI, Oracle, JD Edwards is a plus)

  • Detail oriented-person with great communication skills

Responsibilities

  • participate in closing activities (journal entry preparations, sales, cost and margin analysis)

  • drive preparation of statutory financial statements

  • collaboration with external and internal audit teams (document preparation)

  • overview compliance and controls (SOX, testing, quarterly certification letters)

  • control of yearly physical inventory count process

  • Balance Sheet analysis and management

  • responsible for accrual calculations

  • review and follow up of client bonus agreements, discount calculation and payment

  • collaborate in upcoming projects which impact the finance department

  • Capex reporting

  • provide help to prepare the Transfer Price documentation

  • preparation of recharge allocations

  • prepare ad-hoc reports based on management need

  • collaborate & participate in coordinating finance tasks with Carrier shared services
