About the role
This role participates in the coordination of Distribution Channel Management activities and sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team. May be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish distribution channel management strategies.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead after market revenue business, service deliveries, project execution and monitoring for Pune and ROM region.
Identify Growth opportunities for business.
Comprehensive data management and MIS working.
Establish and build professional relationship with customers and channel partners.
To support and lead the team members in achieving their KRA's
Role Purpose:
Will cater to Pune and Upcountry locations of ROM.
Will lead an team of 04 members with high experience and expertise.
Will be part of a fast growing and one of the top contribution region.
Products covered will be Light Commercial, VRF and RAC.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Bachelor in Engineering.
Experience of 5 10 years preferred.
