Supervises team of entry to intermediate level HR professionals or supervisors of HR Support employees, setting day-to-day goals and objectives. Responsible for administration of human resources plans and programs to ensure the efficient operations of an assigned business unit or department.

Promote the development of talent, develop strategies to fill positions, maintain policies and procedures that promote diversity and inclusion at work, promote the culture and changes in the organization, as well as provide guidance and consultation to the areas for the maintenance of a healthy work environment and compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and the Individual and Collective Bargaining Agreements in force.

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate Talent strategies, including recruitment, induction and development of personnel.

  • Lead technical competency development strategies and programs in the organization.

  • Lead strategies aimed at maintaining a good working environment and employee engagement.

  • Follow-up and control of key indicators such as voluntary turnover, engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with the Internal Regulations, Codes of Conduct and Ethics, as well as the commitments derived from the Individual Contracts or the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Participate in budgeting strategies, staffing, reporting and monthly monitoring of costs related to the administration of employees / collaborators.

  • Coordination of personnel services (transportation and canteen), as well as variable benefits (High Productivity Bonus).

Requirements

  • University degree.

  • 3 years of experience in the area.

  • Advanced and conversational English.

  • HR Administration: Payroll approval, BAP calculation, operational incidents.

  • Labor Relations

  • Labor legislation and procedures

  • Management of HR indicators

  • Leadership with your team to work in order.

  • Communication skills.
