About the role

Maximize value in the acquisition of MRO products or services, adhering to current indirect purchasing procedures. The objective is to obtain the best cost-benefit and quality ratio for Carrier Mexico, ensuring operational continuity through the efficient use of digital systems, lean processes and solid relationships with suppliers. This will generate tangible savings and meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and categorization of expenses of the assigned MRO category

• Preparation of SOW, RFP, RFI and Comparison Matrices, for local and global projects

• Tenders applying the 7-step Strategic Sourcing methodology in them.

• TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis for purchasing decision making.

• Preparation of productivity strategies (P&L, avoided costs, supplier rationalization, expense consolidation, etc.) based on analysis of assigned categories.

• SRM (Supply Reletationship Management) and Supplier Evaluation (Score Card, 360 evaluation).

• Work on global scale productivity projects, with multidisciplinary and multiregion teams (LATAM)

• Monitoring and compliance with region KPIS.

• Contract administration and definition of SLA (Services Level Agreements) to measure supplier performance.

• project management under the PMO methodology.

• Development of internal and external networking based on the culture, values ​​and behaviors of The Carrier Way

Requirements

• Professional Degree in economic-administrative and/or engineering careers

• Master's degree and/or APICS Certification Desirable

• Experience in Indirect Purchasing at Sr level of 5 to 8 years minimum.

• Advanced level of English

• Experience working with teams and global projects.

• SAP, AS400, Ariba, CUOPA WAVE or other ERP Bidding tools

• Advanced Excel (Power BI)

• Advanced Power Point

• Strategic negotiations

• Management of BigData / Analysis of complex information

• PMO (Certification)
