About the role
Are you a qualified Service Technician with a passion for continuous growth and offering excellent customer service? Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
You will have experience in the HVAC industry and the availability for offshore attendances on Oil Rigs (week on/week off)
Engage with end users to extract value add works and escalate opportunities
Complete Maintenance activities off shore
A high level of communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
Ability to take ownership of problems following through to resolution
Self-motivated individual who is proactive, professional, punctual, well presented with a can-do attitude
Ability to work unsupervised as part of a close-knit team
Dedicated to high quality EH&S and Ethical standards
Requirements:
As a minimum you must have:
Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Cert 3 Air Conditioning and refrigeration
ARC Licence
Current and valid Australian driver's licence
D License electrical is a must
Plumbing License
