About the role
The role is part of Lenel2 (Carrier's company) which is the global leader in advanced physical security solutions, including access control, video surveillance and mobile credentialing. We innovate products, systems and services to address the most complex, evolving needs of some of the world's most demanding organizations
Currently we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business areas and growth opportunities with the purpose of establishing a stronger market presence in the region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term value-based relationships with LenelS2 channel end to end (Consultants, Value Added Resellers, End Users and Partners).

Requirements:
This individual must demonstrate thought leadership and be a creative thinker to build long-term partnerships. The candidate must be team player managing cooperation with all LenelS2 stakeholders and have a structured approach to build/enhance related corporate tools.
As a minimum you have to:
Have previous experience in Enterprise sales, key account management or related roles
Have a strong track record in leading and growing key accounts in the Enterprise industry
Have hands-on experience managing complex and sophisticated software sales
Possess strategic selling and follow-up skills
Have hunter mentality, ability to push the door and influence decision-makers
Have outstanding interpersonal skills in networking, relationship building and negotiating
Be a team player with positive & “can-do” attitude
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Identifying new business areas and growth opportunities with the purpose of establishing a stronger market presence in the region
Developing business both by expanding footprint within established accounts and by acquiring new logos.
Building and maintaining long-term value-based relationships with LenelS2 channel end to end
Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
Reporting to UKI Regional Sales Director
